Personal Involvement and Touch

Dear Roxann,

John and I want to thank you for your helpful and delicate guidance in choosing a monument for ourselves as well as for my sister, Jean. Thank you for your help. We sort of knew what we wanted but we were not very clear in how we expressed it. You led us through the procedure very gently and we are very happy and satisfied with the results. We ventured forth to see what we had chosen for ourselves as well as for Jean. We are very happy and more than satisfied with the results. You can see Jean’s artistic talent in her stone, and ours, incorporates our children, our life enterprises, and the Tulip Poplar that surrounds us beautifully, in what will probably be our last home.
